Youth Actors Guild has begun the 2024-2025 season with some exciting changes! Rather than hosting short monthly meetings, we are now offering more intensive, master-class style workshops four times a year.
About Teen YAG
The Teen Youth Actors Guild (Teen YAG) is for kids aged 13 through 18. Teen YAG will meet four times a year for master classes. The meetings for the 2024-2025 school year will be Sept. 7, Oct. 19, Feb. 15, and April 18. Workshops will take place from 12:30 to 3:30. Sign-up is required for these classes.
Each monthly meeting offers a master class in a specific area of performance or stagecraft. Meetings cover dialects, audition prep, improv, stage make-up, costuming, basic movement for musical theatre, and a host of other topics. All classes are free and are taught by local theatre artists.
