After a long and anxious time for the world, Pull-Tight Players announces its Grand Reopening and the shows slated for its 53rd season. Premiering Sept 10 and continuing through Sept. 25 is our greatly anticipated show The Real Inspector Hound.
This hilarious comedy directed by Tom Gregg was one week from opening when the pandemic shut down not only the theatre world, but much of the rest of the world. The set was built, the costumes were hung, lights and sound were programmed, the actors had rehearsed many weeks and were excitedly awaiting the audience. And then on Friday March 13, the theatre went dark and shuttered its doors for the first time in its more than 50-year history.
To welcome our patrons back, we are planning special Grand Reopening festivities for each night or matinee of Hound. Expect trivia challenges, door prizes, and preshow entertainment showcasing songs and scenes from “Pull-Tight Classics.”
In addition, we are excited to announce our remaining lineup of shows for the 2021-22 season: The Curious Savage (December 3-18, 2021), Crimes of the Heart (February 4-19, 2022), Madame Buttermilk (April 1-16, 2022), and The Elephant Man (May 27-June 11). Read more about these shows on our 2021-2022 Season page.
