Auditions will be by appointment only. No walk-ins allowed. The process will include vocals, dance, and readings from the script. Dress appropriately for a brief dance audition.
Audition cuttings will be posted here two weeks before auditions. Because of time constraints, each person auditioning will only be guaranteed one opportunity to read.
Prepare up to 32 bars and no more than 1 minute of a Broadway song in the style of the show or the character for which you are auditioning. Provide sheet music with any cuts clearly marked. Pre-recorded accompaniment tracks are allowed and encouraged. Ensure your cut is edited and cued correctly on an mp3 player or phone. There will be no a cappella auditions.
Resumes and headshots are encouraged but not required.
A calendar of rehearsals and performances will be posted here two weeks prior to auditions and at the audition site. You must list any and all potential conflicts. No performance conflicts are allowed.
Arrive early, as we will move quickly through the process to accommodate everyone. You will be assigned a number to help the production team expedite the auditions.
Callbacks, if necessary, will take place the evening of June 5. If invited to a callback, we will contact you by phone or email the evening of Sunday, June 4. We intend to cast from the first two days of auditions, so bring your “A Game.”
